The article by Sophie Goldman, co-authored with Professor Rafael Jafferali, on the loss of a chance in liability law, has just been published in the Belgian General Review of Civil Law.

Sophie Goldman invited as speaker by ICC YAF

On March 14, 2019, Sophie was invited to Prague by ICC YAF to share her experience as part of a panel discussion entitled “Breaking into International Arbitration” as part of the “Pathways to Arbitration” event (sponsored by Clifford Chance).

Before joining Tossens Goldman Gonne, Lily developed her experience within the Belgian business law department of Van Bael & Bellis during two and a half years.
